This is a wonderful vibrant rug, saturated with colour and dynamic design. I love an allover field which hints at an infinite design eclipsed by the border like a snapshot in time. The reciprocal hooked design also confuses the mind and brings the rug to life as your eye switches back and forth wondering if it is blue on white or vice versa. At the top the field is cut off by a delightful panel of animals. All this is framed by a rich colourful border. A truly delightful tribal rug that would brighten any room.
Condition:
This is quite a thin rug that would require underlay, there are some areas in need of repiling but the foundation is strong and the ends and sides are stable albeit with a little loss to each end.
