A classic Qashqai rug although with a more workshop construction than tribal I think. I have had this rug in my living room for some time as it sits flat and has muted tones whilst still displaying its quality. The design is busy as one would expect on a Qashqai piece with every spare space crammed with floral motifs. The border is more controlled and makes a solid frame for the central design. This is a really charming piece at a very affordable price.

Condition:

Low pile all over although not to the detriment of the design and the rug is also quite robust.
